Just one day after crew member Johnny Pizzaro was fatally shot on the set of Law & Order: Organized Crime, production resumed with Christopher Meloni and Jeffrey Donovan.The 61-year-old Meloni was spotted between takes with his 54-year-old co-star Donovan on the New York City set on Wednesday.The two seemed to be in good spirits, laughing and smiling on the set, just hours after the grisly execution-style ambush of Pizzaro.
