It's been claimed that the 35 year old has been in talks with the formidable Catherine Bedford - who has successfully represented a string of famous faces - in a bid to remain in the sprawling £4 million Cheshire property she shares with Paddy and their three children: Penelope, nine, and twins Felicity and Leo, seven.
Catherine is known for dealing with high profile cases, and has previously helped Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner following her divorce from Joe Jonas.
She is also credited for securing a reported £31 million payout for Lisa Armstrong, the ex wife of TV legend, Ant McPartlin.
