She even confessed that she was apprehensive about moving in with her ex, Paddy McGuinness, due to her battle with anorexia.
In her book, 'Christine McGuinness: A Beautiful Nightmare', she also disclosed the shocking reality she faced regarding food and her twins.The 36-year-old has three children – Felicity and twins Leo and Penelope, all diagnosed with autism - admitted it took her a while to feel comfortable leaving her children at nursery.
She revealed that she had to bring them home for lunch as they refused to eat at school, and one specific food item led to a distressing incident at a supermarket.
