Christine McGuinness shared her 'biggest fear' as she gave a glimpse at the 'balance' she is finding in her life following her split from her ex-husband Paddy.

The model and TV personality had a busy weekend on her hands which started with her letting her hair down at an R&B and Hip-Hop event in London before racing back to Cheshire, where she still lives with BBC Radio 2 host Paddy, to celebrate her daughter's eighth birthday.

Taking to Instagram, Christine shared a string of snaps from her kid-free night out in which she could be seen sporting a black vest top and grey mini skirt as she smiled and laughed for the camera. It’s waking up one day at 90 years old, in an old body but with a young mind, and realizing that I didn’t truly live while I had the chance." She continued: "I want to see the world, dance under the stars, and love fiercely.
