Motherwell have paid tribute to their former defender Christian Mbulu after the 23-year-old tragically died on Tuesday.The centre back spent a season at Fir Park in 2018/19 and made six appearances for the club over the course of the campaign.He also made three appearances for the U20s during their Challenge Cup campaign.The Englishman left at the end of the season and played for Crewe Alexandra and Morecambe in England's League Two this season.
And Motherwell say they are 'deeply saddened' by the news as they paid tribute to the 23-year-old on Tuesday night. Club chairman Jim McMahon said: "We are shocked to hear of the news of Christian's death."He was such a friendly, pleasant young man who we loved having around Fir Park."Our thoughts
