The 35-year-old model and wife of singer John Legend admitted she had encouraged the former teen bride to kill herself in a slew of abusive messages in 2011.
Chrissy has now taken ownership of her behaviour and on Wednesday she tweeted: "I'm mortified and sad at who I used to be. "I was an insecure, attention seeking troll.
I am ashamed and completely embarrassed at my behaviour." Courtney, who recently came out as non-binary, had revealed earlier this week the messages that they used to receive from Chrissy.
