Chris Pratt stays neutral for the 2024 Presidential Election and delivers a message of unity in this time of division. The Guardians of the Galaxy star didn’t endorse Kamala Harris or Donald Trump but instead talked about coming together as a country. “I’ve been doomscrolling my way through this election season.
And I see things from both sides. I understand that people’s lives and rights are on the line,” Pratt said in a column for Sunday Paper, his mother-in-law Maria Shriver’s website. “I also see that there are millions of people who feel overlooked and invisible to our government and are desperate for something to change.” Pratt went on to recall that his “family was poor” growing up and although his “life has drastically changed” after becoming a movie star, he added, “I’m trying to make sense of the election through the eyes of Americans on both sides.
