Chris and Jesy called time on their relationship earlier in lockdown as they isolated separately. Little Mix star Jesy is today celebrating her 29th birthday.
Now, Chris has revealed that he's newly motivated to train - for the first time in three years. Sharing a shirtless video, Chris was clad from the waist down in gym gear - his bare torso revealing rippling abs and bulging muscles. "First time I trained since Love Island lol, 3 years ago," he wrote, "6 weeks in @jm_transformations."
