Chris Hemsworth Is Barely Recognizable on Set of 'Mad Max' Prequel 'Furiosa'

Chris Hemsworth is most definitely getting into character! The 39-year-old Thor actor was spotted on the set of the upcoming Mad Max prequel Furiosa on Thursday (August 25) in Sydney, Australia. Chris was seen alongside Tom Burke on monster war trucks entering the gates of the “Citadel” on the set. Click inside to read more… Tom was seen acting like he’s driving the truck, but there is a small capsule in the radiator grill where the actual driver of the truck is encased. Chris was pictured standing on the top of the other truck, waving victoriously to the troops below.

The movie is the origin story of renegade warrior Furiosa before she teamed up with Mad Max in Fury Road. Not much is known about Chris Hemsworth’s character just yet. Anya Taylor-Joy plays Furiosa.
