Chloe Madeley shared a super sweet snap of her newborn daughter snoozing on her lap with fans. The presenter and fitness instructor, 34, who revealed her daughter's birth did not go according to plan, posted the photo of baby Bodhi having a nap while she ate at a restaurant just six days after giving birth.

"And after a little trepidation, it was, obviously, absolutely fiiiine.

She then continued: "I suppose I'm writing this because I've always been a big fan of baby steps, it's something I repeat to new clients on a weekly basis, but now it's something I'm repeating to myself. "Whatever the end goal, baby steps. "One thing at a time." "No pressure, no problem. "Self care, self love, and above all, PATIENCE," with a white heart emoji.

At the end of her post, she joked: "Clients, I will be citing this post to you in a few weeks time and, I miss you all." Author Jojo Moyes replied: "If you're out after a week you're doing AMAZINGLY," with.
