Chloe Ferry shares her lockdown exercise regime after shedding two stone

Keeping fit during lockdown can be a difficult. It is hard to stay motivated when you’re not going out and about, and you’re confined to your own home.

One person that is on top of their fitness, however, is reality TV veteran Chloe Ferry.The former Geordie Shore star has an incredible body, but it does not come without hard work.

The blonde bombshell works out often, and on Wednesday shared a glimpse of some of the at-home exercises she is doing while in lockdown.

The first exercise Chloe showcased was pelvic lifts while lying with her head on a step so as to give her abdominal muscles and legs a work out.
