Chloe Ferry has hit back at claims she was "snubbed" from Holly Hagan 's wedding, insisting: "I would never have been invited." The 26 year old was not invited to her Geordie Shore co-star Holly's wedding last month, which was covered by OK!
in Ibiza. After fans of the hit MTV show claimed that Chloe had been "snubbed" by Holly – who had Charlotte Crosby and Sophie Kasaei as bridesmaids – she quit social media, but says the two things are unrelated.
Speaking to OK! at the launch of Karaoke Box's new VR technology, Chloe shut down the rumours stating: "I don’t read the papers, so I didn’t see it until I got tagged in something, and then Holly put something up saying it wasn’t just Chloe not invited." She went onto explain that the pair have never been best of friends, adding: "Me and Holly have never been close, I would never have been invited to her wedding. "She’s known [other Geordie Shore stars] Scotty [T] and James [Tindale] for 10 years and they weren’t invited, it’s a shame that I’ve been brought in when I’ve already been going through a hard time. That has nothing to do with it." Holly, 29, tied the knot with footballer Jacob Blythe, in Ibiza last week, and she also denied any animosity between her and Chloe.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote “Me being close to certain cast members isn’t hard hitting drama, its literally the same as you working in an office and not inviting the entire workplace to your small destination wedding. "I invited the people I see and speak to regularly outside of filming.” While reports have suggested that Chloe purposefully ignored the wedding and failed to congratulate Holly publicly, Holly cleared things up, explaining: "Articles were written to make Chloe look bad, saying she didn’t post.
