Cheryl‘s home.The 50-year-old man admitted to turning up at the singer’s house in Buckinghamshire last December despite her having a restraining order against him.As well as being charged with manslaughter in 2012, the man was jailed for four months in 2023 for an offence that took place in July.
He has been reported as “displaying fixated, obsessive, unwanted and repetitive behaviour” towards the Girls Aloud star.The alleged incidents involving Cheryl reportedly date back to 2023 when she made her debut in the West End show 2:22 A Ghost Story.
At the time he allegedly sent disturbing messages and flowers to her.Around that time, he was given a three-year restraining order, which prevented him from contacting her, going to her address or entering Buckinghamshire.
At the end of last year he was charged with breaching the terms of the restraining order. This came as, on December 10, the man entered Buckinghamshire and went to her address.The court has heard that in January 2024 he had approached the property and said over the intercom that he had “come to get Cheryl”.
