Simon Cowell's new show Walk The Line is set to air on December 12, with Alesha Dixon, Dawn French, and Gary Barlow on the judging panel.

The show will be hosted by Maya Jama, and after the programme was hit by technical blunders already ahead of its debut, Cheryl is said to be feeling disappointed her judging spot was given to Gary, 50.

A source told OK!: "She wanted to be a part of Simon Cowell's new show Walk The Line but that didn't happen. "She didn't understand why he brought Gary Barlow in when he's quite publicly said he doesn't get on with Gary." The source added that following this hiccup, Cheryl is said to be taking a step back on her career after pulling out from her podcast last week.
