Without the unstoppable Constitution Hill to face this time, Willie Mullins’ flyer - who has swept all before him in Graded races this season - will be fancied to go one better than his runner-up slot last year with Irish Point the main danger.We start the day with the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle (1.30) where the Willie Mullins’ battalion is led by Tullyhill, an impressive scorer last time out and the classy grey is Garry Owen’s NAP of the day.
However, he will have to fend off several serious challengers including Mystical Power - a son of Champion Hurdler Annie Power - and Nicky Henderson’s Jeriko Du Reponet.The Arkle Challenge Trophy (2.10) gets no easier.
Gaelic Warrior is the form choice, but with his wayward jumping, Il Etait Temps, Found A Fifty or Hunters Yarn could capitalise.
