PUT THE KETTLE ON (3:05) can turn up the heat in the Champion Chase on Day Two of the Cheltenham Festival. Henry De Bromhead’s star first showed her liking for this track when routing Al Dancer in a Grade 2 in 2019.
The mare put in another cracking shift when hammering Fakir D’oudairies on her return in the Arkle and completed a Prestbury treble when cosily beating Duc Des Genievres in the Shloer in November.
The seven-year-old stayed on track when third to Chacun Pour Soi at Leopardstown a month later. The front-runner should be primed so she can get the better of her rivals back at her favourite venue.
