Chelsea defender Emerson Palmieri has admitted there is a chance he could leave the club and return to Serie A - but says he is in no rush to move on.
The 25-year-old joined the Blues from Roma in 2018 but has never managed to cement a regular place in the starting line-up at Stamford Bridge, and has made just 14 Premier League appearances this season.
The likes of Juventus and Inter Milan are said to be monitoring the situation, and speaking to Sky Sport Italia Emerson said he could be interested in going back to Italy. "I was very happy in Serie A, including with the culture, which is also why I chose to play for Italy," he said. "A return to Serie A could happen, but I have a contract with Chelsea and I'm in no rush to go anywhere."
