Bloomberg reported that the Deadpool star’s company was bought by Diageo for a whopping $610 million (€513 million). Nice!While the whopper sale is happy news for all involved, the extent of the financial gain it has brought the actor has not been revealed.$335 million will be handed over initially to seal the deal with potentially as much as $275 million to follow based on the gin brand’s performance over the next decade.The deal brokered will see the actor stay on as the face of the brand for the next ten years at least.Ryan Reynolds will also retain a stake in the spirits company which enjoyed a 100 per cent increase in sales volumes last year.Diageo is setting a trend for acquiring spirits brands backed by celebrities having snapped up.
