Alastair, who is a joiner by trade, built his shed in August 2019 and it soon became home to two pigeons that were given to him by a friend.
Months went by without any issues before an environmental health officer knocked on the dad-of-three's door in October 2020.Alastair said: “It actually started way back in August in 2019 when I built the shed.
