Whilst Charlotte is yet to share a snap of her precious daughter, she has shared an insight of her time in hospital as she and Jake prepared to welcome their daughter.Taking to her Instagram stories, Charlotte shared snaps of Jake, 31, and herself in hospital scrubs and a gown as they looked excited to meet their little girl.
Charlotte's dad Gary was the first to share the news, as he took to Twitter earlier this morning. He wrote via his Twitter handle, TheDiddyMan1: "So, officially a grand father!
Little girl, all is well. Excited for the new chapter in our little family" Charlotte herself announced the news on her official website, Charlotte: First Look!, with the story titled: "I'm officially a mother!" The media personality was said to have felt uncomfortable in her last few weeks of pregnancy.
