Ellise Shafer Charli XCX and Troye Sivan are promising to turn iconic venues into raves on their newly announced “Sweat” tour, which includes a stop at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
The pop innovators, who have collaborated on songs “1999” and “2099,” will co-headline with Shygirl opening for all dates. According to a press release, the tour is “not only a celebration of their individual successes, but it is also a testament to their commitment to inclusivity and diversity within the music industry.
Fans can expect an electrifying show filled with exhilarating performances, stunning visuals, and infectious beats.” Though a new collaboration between the two artists has not yet been announced, the tour is sure to spark renewed speculation that a new XCX-Sivan track could be on the way.
The 21-city tour, presented by Live Nation, will kick off on Sept. 14 at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Mich. and finish on Oct.
