A Renfrewshire charity that cares for vulnerable children, adults and their families has been given a prestigious award.Quarriers has been given two Investors in People (IIP) accreditations for its sustained investment in the development and wellbeing of its staff.The award is the highest level that can be achieved by an employer and puts Quarriers in the one per cent of IIP registered companies across the UK with the accolade.The internationally recognised awards, which require companies to apply for re-accreditation every three years to ensure continual professional development, are seen as the global benchmark in people management and staff investment.Quarriers, which is based near Bridge of Weir, runs over 100 services across Scotland.
