A man has been charged after an attack with a hammer in Dukinfield. Police were called to the incident on Cheetham Hill Road just after 12.05am on Saturday (January 22).
A man, aged in his 20s, was beaten with a hammer, GMP said. He was taken to hospital from the scene with non life-threatening injuries.
