The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.

Chappell Roan has said she feels “no pressure” to officially endorse a presidential candidate ahead of the forthcoming US elections.The singer-songwriter has said she has chosen not to back Donald Trump or Kamala Harris, arguing that there are “problems on both sides”.She told The Guardian: “I have so many issues with our government in every way.

There are so many things that I would want to change. So I don’t feel pressured to endorse someone. There’s problems on both sides.”Roan added: “I encourage people to use your critical thinking skills, use your vote – vote small, vote for what’s going on in your city.”The singer-songwriter went on to say that she wants to see a change in trans rights in the US. “They cannot have cis people making decisions for trans people, period,” Roan argued.Of the two candidates, Harris has been a longtime advocate for trans rights and the LGBTQ+ community.

She has also featured Roan’s music in her campaign, including the song ‘Femininomenon’.Roan has previously protested against President Biden’s administration declining an invitation from The White House to perform for a Pride event.She said at the the 2024 Governors Ball 2024: “This is a response to the White House, who asked me to preform for Pride.

We want liberty, justice, and freedom for all. When you do that, that’s when I’ll come.”Despite that she urged people to make their voices heard in a recent interview with Rolling Stone.
