A passenger says he had to wait almost two hours to receive his luggage after landing at Manchester Airport. Carlos Capitan says that there was 'chaos' at the baggage carousel area after one member of staff was left to unload three flights worth of baggage on Wednesday (September 25).
The 42-year-old says he and his friends had come back from the Liam Gallagher and Friends Weekender in Malta and were looking forward to heading home after their three hour flight which landed in Manchester at around 2pm.
The frequent flyer from Preston says he watched on as passengers from other flights arrived an hour later and yet he was still without his belongings.
