Singer Chanel Haynes says she was fired from the Tina Turner musical Tina on London's West End, after an impromptu performance with the Rolling Stones in Milan, Italy.The New Orleans-born entertainer told the outlet Rolling Stone that her employment with the musical was terminated, and she was kept off its final three shows, after accepting the last-minute invite from the iconic band to sing the classic Gimme Shelter at San Siro Stadium in Milan June 21, a night the musical was running.The outlet noted that Haynes' chance to take the stage with the band was a 'once-in-a-lifetime opportunity - alongside a good chance to cede the stage to her understudy - even though it would eventually cost her her' job in the Tina musical.

She said, 'Everybody was biting their nails - "How are we going to pull this off?" But I tell you the machine the Stones have is like Buckingham Palace or the White House.

They have the same level of personnel. Next thing I knew, I was on a plane to Milan.'Haynes said that she and the Stones frontman delivered a rousing rendition of the 1969 classic after rehearsing with one another just once.
