Chad Michael Murray Talks Toning His Abs for Shirtless Scenes in 'Merry Gentlemen'

The 43-year-old actor bares his abs in the festive film, which premieres on Netflix on November 20. During a recent interview, he explained how he kept his abs looking so toned and the role that his family played in the prep work. And I involve the kids and the family as much as possible,” Chad told Extra. “So it ended up becoming like a daily regime and going into the garage and creating my little space.
But my kids would train me. Like they’d come in, and my daughter, she’d sit up on the machine, and she’d [say], ’25 more, Daddy.’ And, you know, they’d count them out.” He added, “I just try to involve the pack as much as I can.” You can see that the hard work paid off and check out the movie’s trailer.
