Celtic are ready to spend the majority of their Matt O’Riley windfall on strengthening Brendan Rodgers’ squad for their title defence and Champions League assault.
The Scottish champions have multiple offers on the table for several of their top targets. They include Augsburg midfielder Arne Engels, LAFC's Mateusz Bogusz and Lazio winger Gustav Isaksen.
A loan deal for Barcelona's Alex Valle is also close to being agreed and Celtic also want to add to their attacking and defensive options.
Celtic want Engels as a direct replacement for O’Riley. The Hoops have made an opening offer of around £6million for the Belgian under-20 international but the German side want more.
