Celtic defender Leo Hjelde. The Yorkshire side have shown an interest in the young Hoops star for a while and it now appears as though he is one step closer to a move to Elland Road.
The Yorkshire Evening Post have reported that Marco Bielsa's side are making significant progress to signing Hjelde for their under 23 side.
Last campaign Hjelde went on loan to Ross County and earned rave reviews about his performances in Dingwall. At such a young age he has been earning plenty of plaudits for his performances and that had alerted Leeds to showcase their interest in him.
Hjelde was also captain of Celtic's B side in the Lowland league and has been left out of their match this evening, intensifying the rumours linking him with Leeds.
