Celebs have paid tribute to Scots teenager Lily Douglas after she sadly passed away last night. Lily's mum took to Facebook to announce the sad news she had died at home surrounded by her family.The 14-year-old had befriended various celebrities over the last few years but particularly Strictly Come Dancing judge Dame Arlene Phillips.Arlene had become a good friend of the family over the years and she paid tribute to Lily online.Following the devastating news, she wrote on Instagram: "No words can express the way I feel tonight only love and loss that Lily Douglas passed away in the arms of her beautiful mummy Jane."My heart goes out to Jane and Lily’s brother Leon and to her family and all those that loved her."I was lucky to be one of those that knew her and I treasure the times I spent with her and will hold her beautiful smile in my heart."Bless you darling Lily.

Rest in eternal peace angel." Pop star and talent show judge Dixon and her Scots manager Malcolm Blair invited Lily and her mum Jane to spend a weekend with them in London at filming for The Greatest Dancer back in 2020.
