Celebs Go Dating receptionist Tom Read Wilson has recalled the moment he thought he was going to have to call an ambulance during filming for the hit E4 show.

Speaking exclusively to OK! at the launch of the hit series, Tom said he felt a sense of panic when two of the celebrity singletons - TV presenter Ulrika Jonsson and 5ive singer Abz Love - were involved in an ‘extreme’ fall in front of his desk.The charismatic 35 year old told us: “I remember an incident with Ulrika and Abz.
