James, who starred on The Apprentice in 2014, followed by Celebrity Big Brother in 2015, set the scene for his big moment by organising a romantic evening dinner on the beach in front of the iconic sail-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai.
He and Naomi were joined by their children, Nola and Albie, who could be seen in the background as James got on one knee and presented a delighted Naomi with a diamond ring.
He posted the moment to his Instagram page, as he gushed in the caption: "Yep I proposed! "I love you and my children more than this beautiful moment but I hope this shows you my commitment to you as you have given me more than I could of ever dreamed of.
