The former page three star will face accusations that she was drunk onboard and used abusive or insulting words when she appears in court later this month.
Sam was forced to spend a night in the police cell after she was reportedly rowing with another passenger, causing the delay on December 3.
According to reports by The Sun, the British Airways flight was ready to take off but turned around at the last minute and passengers were forced to leave the plane due to a strict 10pm closing time at Munich airport.The passengers were then put up in a nearby hotel and caught a different flight the following day.
