Detectives have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to following a theft in Bury. Police have been investigating an incident that took place on Parkhills Road.
Officers have today (December 9) released the image as they ask for help from members of the public. Greater Manchester Police says 'extensive enquiries' have been taking place following the incident on the morning of November 1.
The man pictured, or anyone who recognises him, is urged to come forward as soon as possible. A GMP Bury spokesperson said: "Following extensive enquires, we are now in a position to appeal to the public for help in identifying the male in this image. READ MORE: Body found following major Elton Reservoir search as MP issues statement on tragedy "We would like to speak to this male in connection with a theft that occurred on Parkhills Road in Bury at around 10am on November 1, 2024." Information can be passed on directly to GMP.
People are asked to call the Neighbourhood Crime Team on 0161 8568222, quoting incident reference 001221-01112024. Alternatively, contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
