deadline.comMultiple news networks are preparing special coverage following the shooting at Donald Trump‘s campaign rally on Saturday in Pennsylvania.
CBS and NBC will go live on Sunday morning with reporting of the incident, during which shots rang out while Trump was speaking onstage and Secret Service immediately escorted him to safety.
John Dickerson will anchor a live CBS New Sunday Morning special report from 9-10:30am ET, with CBS News 24/7 beginning coverage at 8am.
Coverage will air on CBS and stream live on Paramount+. Meanwhile, Savannah Guthrie and Willie Geist will also host a special edition of Today from 7-9am ET on NBC.
