Catherine Lowe is reflecting on her experience on The now-mom of three won Sean Lowe's heart on his season of the ABC dating show in 2013.

She was one of 26 women who made up the show's cast — and one of the only women of color. As ABC prepares to revisit Sean's season on on Monday at 8 p.m.

ET/PT, Catherine took to Instagram to open up about feeling like she was cast on the series to «check a box.» «But I ended up with so much more,» she wrote. «Tomorrow, our season of re-airs in a condensed three hour episode.

When I was originally cast, I was very flattered but somewhat grounded by the fact that I would be one of the faces that represented people of color.
