Casualty star Leslie Ash's health struggle means she can't be alone with grandson

Casualty star Leslie Ash has admitted that she won't be able to look after her grandson alone until he is older because of her health struggles.

The 61-year-old actress, who is making a triumphant comeback to Casualty after an 11-year break, recently opened up about how a life-changing injury will continue to impact the rest of her life.

Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, Leslie revealed that she is still in the process of recovering from a spinal infection but it means she won't be able to run after her grandchild.

It came shortly after the Men Behaving Badly star became a grandmother for the first time in April to a gorgeous baby boy called Leo.
