Atavista, the 2024 album Childish Gambino, is a project with a jumbled timeline. It was first released in 2020 with the title 3.15.20 before Donald Glover reissued the project under a new name four years later.

Watching the video is an equally confounding experience, but also a hugely enjoyable one. It's the brainchild of Casey Frey, a comedian who has parlayed his online success into a bunch of acting roles (last year he appeared in an episode of Abbott Elementary as an anti-drug officer named Slimothy) and is a solid IG follow.
