Carol Vorderman often impresses with her youthful looks and toned body. And now the Countdown legend has been showing off how incredible she looks even after a workout.

Carol, 61, is on holiday in Portugal at the moment and has been keeping fans up to date with her exploits.In a new video, she smiles brightly as she poses in a bright orange gym which is stuffed full of exercise equipment.TV star Carol wore an orange and purple sports bra with cactus motif on and matched the top with a pair of leopard print sports leggings.In one snap, the former I'm a Celebrity contestant is confidently holding her arm up to show off her biceps, while another smiling selfie sees her resting her leg on an exercise step.Carol's long blonde locks are tumbling down in the photo and she has a make amount of makeup on her eyes for her outing to the gym.Another snap shows Carol smiling widely while stood in front of a large mirror to take the picture.As Carol shared the images on her Instagram page, she wrote in the caption: "Spending a fair bit of time in the gym here....learning new routines thanks to @sarahwillingham and @robrinder too," followed by two flexing bicep emojis and two blue heart emojis.She added: "BOOOMMMMM" followed by another flexing bicep emoji before adding the hashtags: "#NotGivingUp #Gym #UpperBodyWorkout".Finally, she tagged Jason Vale, who owns a series of juice retreats Turkey and Portugal – where Carol is currently staying.Carol was soon flooded with compliments in the comments section as one fan wrote: "Wow looking so good" followed by a fire emoji.A second added: "Wow you look incredible [fire emoji] – such an inspiration"."Look superb carol [fire emoji] well done" [sic], a third wrote followed by a thumbs up emoji
