Stan Kucharczyk, 56, was dropping some clothing off for his brother at the hospital, with his elderley mother on June 25. Having been stuck in traffic, and struggled to find the entrance to the wing where his brother was, Stan decided to park his Hyundai i10 near the doors of K block displaying a blue badge — so his mum, Krystyna, could access the building easily.
