A careers event showcasing job opportunities for registered nurses and final year nursing students at Shotts Prison is taking place next month.The event, on February 15, will give nurses the chance to visit the health centre at HMP Shotts and learn about multi-disciplinary teams working in prison healthcare.Registered nurses interested in the Band 5 positions will have the opportunity to meet some of the healthcare team including the prison’s deputy governor, Scottish Prison Service staff, the lead GP, senior healthcare managers and members of the multi-disciplinary team.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
