Cardi B will make remarks at a Milwaukee rally with Kamala Harris on Friday, as the vice president’s campaign makes its final get-out-the-vote push ahead of Nov.
5. The event will feature performances by Gorilla, Flo Milli, MC Late, The Isley Brothers and DJ Gemini Gilly. The Harris campaign said, “These artists and public figures are trusted voices for millions of Americans, who listen to their music, follow them on social media, or otherwise are inspired by them.
The Harris-Walz campaign believes that by using their voices to lay out the stakes of this election, it will further encourage and mobilize people to go vote.” Last week, Harris appeared at a Houston rally with Willie Nelson and others, as well as Beyonce, who made remarks but did not perform.
Bruce Springsteen has performed at two Harris events, and later today, Maná will perform at a Las Vegas rally and Los Tigres del Norte will be at a Phoenix event.
