Cara Delevingne decided to be more open about her pansexual and gender-fluid identity after a nightmare call from shamed movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.

The model and actress, 27, has previously accused Harvey, who is now serving a 23-year prison sentence for rape and sexual assault, of harassing her in a hotel room, and of telling her to get a “beard” – a fake boyfriend to cover up the fact she was dating women.

In a new interview with Variety, Cara reveals that the horrible call with the disgraced producer helped convince her she needed to be more open about her sexuality, which she now describes as “pansexual”. “To me, the idea of having a beard was – I’d heard it happen before – I just felt so disheartened by it,” the Paper Towns star
