Jimmy Fallon
James Thomas Fallon (born September 19, 1974) is an American comedian, actor, television host, writer, and producer. He is known for his work in television as a cast member on Saturday Night Live and as the host of late-night talk show The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and before that Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. He grew up with an interest in comedy and music, moving to Los Angeles at 21 to pursue opportunities in stand-up comedy. He was commissioned to join NBC's Saturday Night Live as a cast member in 1998, fulfilling a lifelong dream. Fallon remained on SNL for six years between 1998 and 2004, co-hosting the program's Weekend Update segment and becoming a celebrity in the process. He left the program for the film industry, starring in films such as Taxi (2004) and Fever Pitch (2005).

Selena Marie Gomez (born July 22, 1992) is an American singer, songwriter, actress, and television producer. After appearing on the children's series Barney & Friends (2002–2004), she received wider recognition for her portrayal of Alex Russo on the Emmy Award-winning Disney Channel television series Wizards of Waverly Place, which aired from 2007 until 2012.

Gomez also starred in the films Another Cinderella Story (2008), Princess Protection Program (2009), Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie (2009), Ramona and Beezus (2010), and Monte Carlo (2011). It first hit the market for $15 million in early 2021; at the time, sources said the final deal was for a few million less, and was off-market.Fallon, who based on the 2021 listing images has impeccable taste, outfitted the sprawling residence with its own saloon, secret passageways and a custom staircase joining the levels.

It grew from a one-bedroom bachelor pad that he bought for $850,000 in 2002 that was pieced together apartment by apartment over more than a decade.The nearly 5,000-square-foot, six-bedroom apartment is in a landmarked, brick and terracotta Queen Anne-style building that dates to 1883 — and it comes with keys to the famously private Gramercy Park.

The kitchen looks out to the park and talk-show giant Fallon, along with his movie-producer wife Nancy Juvonen, dressed nearly every wall in art and vintage wallpaper.Famous residents here have included actor James Cagney and Margaret Hamilton, who played the Wicked Witch of the West in “The Wizard of Oz.”Delevingne is currently in the second season of “Only Murders in the Building,” where she plays Alice, the artist love interest of Selena Gomez’s character, Mabel Mora.
