Car thieves burst into Scots home in broad daylight before stealing Peugeot from driveway

Cops have launched a probe after brazen thieves broke into a 'secure' house in broad daylight and fled with a car this afternoon.

Around 3.45pm on Friday two men forced their way into a property on Malcolm Court, Bathgate, and nicked the keys to a blue Peugeot 108.

They then stole the car from the driveway of the property and fled the scene. The car stolen is described as being an electric blue coloured Peugeot 108 with a black zig zag pattern and the registration number SB21 YLD.Following enquiries police believe the vehicle was in the Whiteside area shortly after.The first male suspect is described as being white and of heavy build.He was wearing a black baseball cap, a black snood, a dark jacket, dark gloves, dark jeans and grey
