Car smashes through Scots chip shop as at least one person rushed to hospital

smashed through a chip shop on a busy Stirling street. Emergency services were called to Main Street in Plean, at around 6:50pm this evening, Wednesday August, 25.

Mercy crews are currently at the scene including five fire engines, two ambulances and teams of cops. Pictures from the scene show a silver coloured car having struck the side of the building.At least one person has been rushed to hospital to be treated for their injuries but it’s not known how badly they’ve been hurt at this stage.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a car having struck a building on Main Street in Plean around 6.50pm on Wednesday, August 25.“Emergency services are currently at the scene."The road is closed.”We'll be bringing you the very.
