Hannah Ingram-Moore, daughter of late veteran Sir Captain Tom Moore, has admitted to keeping money made from her father's book sales instead of giving it to the foundation started in his name.
Hannah made the shock confession in a new interview with Piers Morgan, which will see her and her husband Colin grilled by the TalkTV host in a one-hour special.The family have been the subject of controversy following Captain Tom's death in February 2021.
The financial activities of the Captain Tom Foundation - established in 2020 to raise money for organisations supporting the elderly - have come under scrutiny and the Charity Commission announced a review in February 2022.
Mum-of-two Hannah, who shares son Benji and daughter Georgia with Colin, has now addressed the controversy that has plagued her family over the past two years and tearfully admitted to keeping money from the sales of Captain Tom's three books.
