Candace Cameron Bure addressed her 2022 comments about “traditional marriage” amid her move from the Hallmark Channel to Great American Family.

The 48-year-old Full House alum signed a contract with the network after spending years working at Hallmark. In an interview at the time, Candace explained that she wanted to tell stories about faith.

That certainly happened to me when moving over to Great American Family, and it was a really hard time, and to be misunderstood in that way was difficult,” she said. Candace continued, adding, “But what I will say is that we are a relatively new channel.
