The lyrics to the track refer to Normani, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke and Dinah Jane and not only that, but also address the struggles she has faced since the girl group’s formation on The X Factor ten years ago. “That song is basically about anxiety and all of the different things that have made up, like, my journey with anxiety and starting off really young in the industry,” she explained.
