Rangers hero Arthur Numan insists Calvin Bassey can't be allowed to leave Ibrox for any less that £20million this summer. The defender has been strongly linked with a move away from Ibrox to join ex-boss Steven Gerrard at Aston Villa after an impressive end to the domestic and European campaign.
Away from Villa Park the 22-year-old is attracting interest from fellow English Premier League sides with a bidding war on the cards.
Numan reckons Rangers must hold out for top dollar as he expects Bassey to be key to Gio van Bronckhorst's plans for next season.
After impressing in the Europa League, the Dutchman also reckons clubs across Europe will be weighing up offers for James Tavernier and Ryan Kent.Writing for Five Stars, Numan said: “Signing targets will have already been identified and work will be underway to recruit them."There are also question marks hanging over the future of players such as Allan McGregor and Steve Davis.“Both are out of contract and I hope both stay for one more year.
